I used Scott Kilpatrick, the Chimney Guy. He was fast, friendly, knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, how to use the wood stove and even helped look for fire hazards. We are also in a rental and didn't trust that the landlord had it taken care of. I am glad we didn't!
