My suggestion would be to start looking up workout routines for beginners like on youtube or on bodybuilding.com. That's what I started doing when I started working out and I have become very good at all my loose change have made a lot progress with things. And it's also free.
Looking for a good pacifier...any recommendations. Donnie never used one but this little guy will benefit from one. (-:

Beth Stewart at Dauntless Fitness in Severna Park is great. She also has small group classes for a small drop-in fee.

Check out the Fitness Studio of Annapolis, they are located above Main Ingredient. That is all they do. Very reasonable, great with scheduling and close by!
