Found it! The photo was taken by Mr. Dixon Hayes of Fox 6 at the Anniston Bureau. Dixon and I had a nice chat and I will be sending him a photo of the finished work as well as making "from a photograph by Dixon Hayes" a permanent part of the title of the work. (Whenever I decide to give it a title) Thanks Dixon!
