Robin Bryan Campbell is right. Make sure they are bonded and licensed.. I have a small business and for certain things I hire out because I'm legally not allowed to do it. I use Brian Blackmore for all my electric needs, and j.c from western hills plumbing for those needs, both licensed contractors
