First off, Seth is a great guy and does quality work. I don't know the other companies listed. I will say that most of the "steam" cleaners give the good guys a bad name. Carpet can be properly steam (240 degree water) cleaned and dried within 3 hours with the proper equipment and knowledge. We have the technology to deep steam clean a carpet and have it dry before we leave if we need to. 3-4 hours usually is good for most of our clients. I will assure you the machine in this video will get your carpet clean and dry.
