I think this has been covered, but can anyone recommend a local home inspector and real estate attorney? Thanks.
David S. replied:
I recommend Wayne Robbins for home inspection. You have to be careful of using franchise home inspectors with their generic check lists. I had Wayne do 2 homes and he was excellent. He may not be the cheapest but his observations and advice are worth it. In addition, his positive reviews on the BBB speak for themselves. http://pro-techconsultants.com/

Wayne Robbins for home inspector, he inspected a property my church owned and he was very thorough and fair when it came to price. His report was easy to read and understand, and he didn't miss anything, nor did he "catch" stuff that really were not issues. And I'll also put a vote in for Debbie Nowell, my husband has used her for years or John Leone. http://www.pro-techconsultants.com/about_us.html
