Look for a place with a PICO laser. I work at a plastic surgeon's office and the aesthetician is raving about this. She also sees someone way out west of DC for tattoo removal, but this is the tech you want. Realistically it shouldn't take too long (look up a youtube vid if you haven't, it's crazy how quickly these treatments can be done).

Actually, all of the artists down there are incredible. You can see some work on her own & their FB page. I'm real picky....would not have kept going back had I not been ecstaticly happy:)
