New to the area and looking for local recommendations for hiking trails to explore while kids are in school. Also interested in any meditation and/or yoga groups TIA :)

CurrieBird studio for yoga and meditation. Rose swanson hiking trail is great, Enderby cliffs is more intense (I've never done it lol).

Thomas Hayes ecological park is a great easy walk in nature, rose swanson, enderby cliffs, If your open to driving farther... BX falls, Kal Park, ok rail trail..
