I agree Cathy, I call places every year ad we use TD Insurance, with TD also if you or spouse have a university degree then its even cheaper, we pay approx $470 a month and that is our 4 rental houses, our home and 3 vehicles and of course it changes on size of house and all that stuff but it is worth calling around for sure
