If you do go to a local dermatologist they will send you to Dr Todd for procedures any way as he is a MOHS surgeon to remove basal and squamous cell carcinomas as well as performing procedures to treat melanomas

Dr. Maragh is very passionate about skin cancer prevention and treatment. I would not hesitate to go see her for that. Of course, the also do cosmetic services but I dont feel they are too pushy at all. Ive had great service there and again, skin cancer surgery/prevention is one of her specialties.

I am a recent Melanoma survivor and Dr. Talanin at Dermatology Associates of Northen Virginina is fantastic! He saved my life by not letting me walk out of his office when he wanted to biopsy a mole on my arm. I wasn't sure and he really encouraged me not make it an option... He called to let me know the devastastig results and immediately had an appointment set-up for me at the Melanoma Center at Washington Med Star with Dr. Venna. That being said if you have a family history you could very well go see Dr. Venna at the Melanoma Center. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Venna:)

Dr Maragh office. All six of is go and my kids get skin checks every year. They are diligent and amazing and I can get all of us in at one time

Dr Todd for skin cancer issues. Great reputation! My regular dermatologist told me that if she ever needed a doctor for specialized surgery or skin cancer issues, that's who she would go to.

We went to Dr. Michael Stark in Manassas. Super fast/prompt. Took my 2 year old for eczema and cleared it right up. Dr. Arnold Levin in Woodbridge for podiatrist ... Great with kids:)

Dr Cook is a great podiatrist...he did surgery on both my feet! Dr Sacks is a great Derm.... Both have nice noncommercialized noncorporate practices and care more about patients then money. Both are in Fredericksburg though but worth the drive.

I have to 2 nd the no on Dr. Hwang. Left me in a room with no shirt on and the door wide open!

Dr. Ranieri in lake ridge is excellent & very caring. Really worked with my older son after an ankle break so he was ready for fall soccer. Listened to our sports needs & was very supportive.

Dr. Alexandra Kazakis is the best dermatologist. She is in Fairfax, I've been going to her for over 20 years now, she treated me as a pre-teen through present.

I had a similar experience with Dr Hwang as Tisa did. The treatment side of things went ok, but I won't go back due to the less than professional treatment during the exam.

We have gone to Dr. Douglas Richardson for years...he's very quiet but good! Cory had severe acne and it's total gone. He's located near Olive Garden in Sterling. I was just there yesterday getting another skin cancer spot removed

we use the Dermotology Center of Loudoun. We like Dr Khan (hard to get appointments with her though) and Dr Nyguen (very nice). Nice staff and close by. We have been going to them for years...me and the girls.
