My landlord is a realtor for Beverly Hanks. His name is Bill Fitzpatrick. You can tell him that Dan and Tara sent you his way. I don't get anything from it, but maybe it will make him like me that much more.

I asked the same question to a redditor from this sub a few months ago. They sent me to Greybeard Realty and I couldn't be happier with my realtor. His name is David Begley(828-713-6850).

Shanda Richardson with Coldwell Banker. She is amazingly awesome. After so many months of searching I started working with her. Once I found my house she was right there with me the whole way. She is knowledgable and really comforting through the whole process. This was my first purchase but with her by my side I felt like a pro. http://www.cbasheville.com/agents/shanda-richardson/

If you still need one let me know. I stumbled upon a fantastic one when I moved here. Knowledgeable, not pushy, appropriate, and reliable.

We had a great purchasing experience with Margaret Vestal at Remax Results. She was very flexible and worked around our schedule and the crazy real estate market. http://www.athomeinasheville.com/

My father has been a realtor in Western North Carolina for ages. [JimBuff.com](http://jimbuff.com). He'd be happy to speak to you, even before you make a decision on which Realtor to go with. He could be very helpful.
Who is the "IT" Realtor for buyers/sellers in WAVL? First hand recommendations only, please! I have a friend considering selling in Malvern Hills, but needs suggestions...

Mary Love. The best.

Thanks, April, and Cyd. Sean Carey who is Carey & Associates. He doesn't list anything he can't sell, and sell well. His marketing is above and beyond. I'm his buyer specialist, so I only work with buyers. He ONLY does listings. It keeps each of focused on what we do best. I don't think anyone has a better idea of how to price a house, so it sells quickly, and for the most money. http://www.wncsellhome.com/
