I need a blank wall plate cover that matches my backsplash... I had a tile backsplash installed in a new house I moved into this year. Builders put in a phone jack right...

Put a picture of the tile up

You can still remove the jack and tile over it. Low voltage cable doesn’t necessarily have to be removed by code. Can you post a picture of the tile? Do you have enough whole tiles to replace any cut tiles around the opening?

I am an artist hobbyist and I have done things like this for myself. Here are some reasons why no one may want to take it on: 1) Color matching. Unless you are willing to physically send a sample of the backsplash, sending a photo will likely not match up color-wise. You also need to send the blank wall plate cover. 2) How complicated is the backsplash? Does it have “sparkles” in it? 3) Price. An artist may feel like it’s not worth the trouble for the price. DM me a photo of the backsplash. I may just do it for you for nothing (except postage), but I’d like to see the photo first.

I think you just need a tile saw. Remove the jack cover, cut the tile to fit in there and stick it in place with adhesive. Harbor Freight has a tile saw for $65. Then sell it on Craigslist for $30.

Take a picture of the tile and take it to a sign/decal shop. I'm sure they could reproduce it in a decal or vinyl wrap the actual cover for you.
