Honestly? I go to the Hair Cuttery in Ridley, near the ACME. The girls there are very professional (one even has her Master Stylist designation) and the prices are very reasonable.

Becky Chambers at Chrome salon! I'm so overdue for getting in to see her but she and her salon are great. Plus very reasonably priced. I couldn't remember how much fir a cut exactly so looked up their Facebook page and it says $21 for a women's haircut. Right on Providence Road just south of Rte 1.
