Dr Stanton Davis, TOC
Lindsey H. replied:
Dr. Franklin was wonderful, thankfully he says it doesn't sound like I tore anything that it sounds like IT problems and he prescribed anti-inflammatory prescription meds and PT. I'm so sad that I'm probably going to have to postpone Tunnel Hill. It's depressing but it could be worse so I need to be grateful and lift weights and do core work for now. Besides, nothing comes between me and Mountain Mist so there's enough time to prepare for that if I chill out for now!

Another vote for Dr. Franklin! He's a fantastic person and doctor!
Colleen W. replied:
Oh no! Hope it is something that can heal quickly. Dr Layton did my knee surgery ages ago. He was an excellent surgeon, although he always seemed in a rush in the office.
Robert W. replied:
Brett Franklin. In fact he just did my shoulder yesterday morning. My whole family uses him and he is a runner.

Not sure if this is in your area but send a message to April 'n Kirk Jackson he is a doctor. She is a nurse and they know someone in that area or it may be in theirs.

I was going to say Dr. Hodnett also. She is good. My sister goes to her as her primary care doctor. I love the fact that she will pray with you when she is finished with her exam. That says a lot.

I love Heritage Family Medicine on County Line, but someone told me they weren't taking new patients a few months ago. That could have changed recently though. My doctor is Dr. Mancuso, but I love all of the NPs there too.

Pediatric Associates of Madison has taken care of my girls for years. We see Dr. Zbell. The practice is all women….that might make a difference for you? Only one doctor in that group that I do not care for.
Athens friends and family - can anyone recommend a good doctor (family practice or internal medicine), dentist, or vet? We are in need of all three. Thanks!
