Jon Holt at Movement Mortgage. Read about Movement’s charitable work - it’s pretty impressive for a financial institution. Edit: And he’s super competitive with terms. As in some of the lowest rates I’ve seen with minimal closing costs (you would, of course, have to qualify).

Delta Community Credit Union has great rates, but they are slow moving, I used them for my refi. The Moore Team was amazing and the service was great when we purchased our home 2 years ago, but when we started looking to refi their rates were much higher than DCCU
