I don't know any of the eye doctors you mentioned, but if you are willing to travel a bit I highly recommend Dr. Maria Megill of Visual Eyes in Sea Girt. She is an amazing woman that takes her time with every single one of her clients! She is awesome. I have been going to her for over 20 yrs now!
