I unfortunately had several bad experiences w Dr. Mitskavich at Coastal. The charges were also outrageous (even tho insurance covered) for the amount of time spent and services provided. I went there 6-7 times in a span of a year and I was very disappointed. In my opinion experience they spent more time with the laptop than the patient. I have a coworker that says great things about Dr. Shah.

Coastal ENT in holmdel. I had a recurring ear infection and Dr Roush straightened me out first visit.

In addition, medical health center is a walk in, and if Dr Spetko is your primary, if you walk in, he'll try and see you (instead of another doctor or a nurse practitioner). And I don't think they do walk ins for children, but I haven't been there in a while.

I used Dr Simon Salerno in a Wall/Manasquan. He did my fusion/second back surgery. I liked him. He was compassionate, educated, decent bed side manor. He’s a meridian doctor with rights at Jersey Shore and Brick hospitals. He’s a neurosurgeon. After a laminectomy and fusion, I’d only go to a neurosurgeon. I wouldn’t use just an orthopedic ever again.

Middletown Family Practice. I go to Dr. Gold, the best doctor I've had and I'm a 62 year old stroke survivor who has lived in multiple major cities and several countries. Dr. Gold is only there on Wednesdays, but I don't mind that. My husband goes to her as well, and is just as satisfied.
