Do not use Hixon Heating and Air. THEY ARE NOT VERY HONEST. they will overcharge you and not tell you the whole truth.

Frank, I know. Hixon installed our basement system. That's why I was asking about someone new. They sold us extra features that I don't think it has. Zoro Electric Motors is sending me a different fan motor. The other one was shutting down after about 15 min. If that doesn't fix it, I will still need some help. I put the good motor from the middle floor system on the top floor system. Some of the cool air comes down and keeps the middle floor bearable for now.

I absolutely love & trust Knight A/C & Heating Co in L'ville... they've been in business since 1971. They serviced our older Carrier unit til old age claimed it & then they gave us the best quote (& service) on a new Trane Heat pump system. They are awesome!! ~ Deb & Bob
