I just used Dave's Carpet cleaning last month after seeing recommendations on another post here. He did an excellent job, very high quality work, and the price seemed fair based on other research. The only caveat was that it took much longer than I anticipated. I just assumed a couple hours. It took 5 and I did not have any major stains, pet odors, or damage. So that caught me off guard. It made for a difficult day as I have young children at home. But, that's partly my fault for not asking when I scheduled the service. I had the living room, playroom, and hallway done.
