We called Stevenson Roofing last year when a tree branch punctured our roof. They came out in the storm to pull the branch and lay a temporary metal tile to keep leaking out (at no extra charge). They came out later to do the whole fix (new plywood, new shingling to match, etc) and at the same time had them check out our skylights.
