Email Kevin Rae k.d.rae@comcast.net. He does handyman stuff on the side and his day job he works for a hardware or lumber yard. He came highly recommended by several of my neighbors and I have used him twice on our Lacey rental. On jobs he can't or won't do (our tenant put a large whole in the tub of the upstairs bath and he did not want to do the repair in case it failed) he found a contractor thru his day job who was cheaper than the company I found. I believe his wife does house cleanings too.
