Make sure they know about your make of Woodburner,ours was new, the person we used a local,used a hammer,broke a lugg,put the woodburner back incorrectly to the point we might as well have just put our money in the fire place and burnt it, as all the heat was going up the chimney not the house,once we realised all was not as should we found KPL plumbing in Kumeu who sold our make and model woodburner and came out and fixed and repaired the damage,the guy who installs the fires also sweeps .
