I used Bertina Builders, always very busy but maybe interested in indoor work. He took 2 days altogether to rip out old floor, add some extra beams and nogs and put down the new floor. My leak affected 3 rooms and the hallway - bloody water tank leaked for about 2 years they reckon. Had no floor left the particle board had disintegrated to mush only the laminate boards kept me from falling through!
