Annette Dunning. Got our family of into & around Europe, suggested a stopover that cost virtually nothing extra.....fixed a muddle with accomodation from NZ when we were away....she couldn't do enough for us.

We stayed overnight at the Robertson Quay Hotel in Singapore - 15 minutes walk along the river to the Concert Centre. Not flash but reasonable price - try Bookings.Com which I swear by now

The website says "Clarke Quay MRT Station and Boat Quay is approximately a 10-minute walk away. Orchard Road shopping district is a convenient 5-minute drive away" and I found the MRT an excellent and economical way of getting around Singapore. I think timing may actually have been more like 25 mins to Esplanade Theatres but most of the hotels around the Arts Centre are expensive
Does anyone know a super human Travel Agent? I'm thinking it time to start talking to one!
