Hair Professionals on Rt. 34 in Oswego does an excellent job at a very reasonable price! It's a school, so the work is done by students supervised by teachers. The students are learning to work with all kinds of clients (male, female, children, seniors) and all kinds of hair (long, short, relaxed, natural, etc.). I've been going there for years and never had a bad cut!
