Dan McColgin is my trainer. He's been in the industry for over 30 years. He came out of LA and Venice Beach and worked with Arnold Schwarzenegger, was Mr, San Francisco, was the top UFC strength and conditioning coach in Vegas for 15 years, with Wand Fight Team (he was Wanderlei Silva's trainer when he won the world championship), and for Gracie Team in Vegas. He's a world champion Powerlifter and in 10 months he took me from a mom who never touched a barbell to world powerlifting champion. He is an incredible motivator and is the most knowledgeable trainer you will find--he knows diet and exercise, weight loss and strength training, BJJ and bootcamp. He can work with anyone to accomplish any goal they have. Message me and I'll get you his info.

The best trainer in the area is Dan McColgin. He was raised here, has been a trainer for 40 years, managed Gold’s Gym Venice Beach, was the head strength coach for the UFC for 15 years, and has coached everyone from celebrities to world BJJ champions to high school athletes to moms and dads who want to lose weight and get in shape. He is an amazing motivator, cares deeply about his clients’ progress, and makes every bit of it fun. Google him and search him on YouTube if you want to verify his credentials. Message me if you want to meet him. He trains at Spartan Barbell next to Prisco’s on the west side.
