Bayer Advanced works very well sold at Walmart n home Depot about 25 dollars I think it says 1 capful for 1 gallon but I would put 2 n they die almost instantly

I was once able to get rid of ants using bay leaves around the edges of the kitchen floor, but that only works if you can identify where they're coming in and why. We had ants when we moved into this house, and we found a company that uses minimal chemicals and they're fairly safe for kids and pets. My dad, a chemist who worked with pesticides his entire career was surprised that what they used was even effective. They got rid of our ants over 10 years ago and I still have them out for a tri-annual service as I never want to see an ant in my kitchen again. http://chem-wise.com/residential-services/
