I have found the big names, Roto Rooter, Delta Plumber, Pro Rooter and The pink plumber all send out "some guy" who immediately gets out the upcharge book and starts up charging before they even know what the problem is. The Pink Plumber was called to pump a septic couple years ago and was gonna charge me $150 more because tank was full...Duh. Then another $80 because it was 24" deep then left the yard a mess

Your right about price. First call I made was to Delta Plumbing AKA The educated plumber. They sent a guy out who tried to auger the line, sent a camera in there and told me tenant he was really a septic guy and he would have to bring a plumber back out the next day. Never heard from them again. Ended up using Seagraves Plumbing in Austell and the actual owner went out and jetted the line out same day and ran a camera up the line and showed tenant clear drain for $250. Just curious what you paid for hydrojetting
