'I need a Chinese translator!' - shouted a cashier at Walgreen's in downtown San Francisco.

A language barrier can manifest itself just in the English language alone. We all know just what we're talking about, now don't we!! After all, what could go wrong in a drugstore?? ..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nG1 qrQ778 m0

Translating document Hi all,
I searched this before and I couldn't find any info (could be wrong keywords), but I need to get driving record history translated. Can you...
allian_time replied:
Hi, you don't need it to be translated, just get it and give them. They compare the documents to their references. At least I did this way

I do this for my private consulting business. The purpose is to show that you can verify 3 months of driving in your home country. They use the driving record with your passport to do this. You don't need to actually have it translated. Where are you doing your licence conversion (外国免許切り替え)? Some places are harder than others. In any case, there are ways round this process. By far, the easiest is to have a letter from your previous employer that you were driving for at least 3 months in Aus.
I had my driving history translated by JAF too. Just seemed the easiest way to have them both done at the same place.

I had to do something similar and they didn't need the translation of the driving record, it just had to be obvious what the date of original license issue was. I don't remember if I had to point it out to them but they seemed to have no problems with it. I was also in Fuchu.
Russia moves 80,000 troops to the border, then says they have no intention of invasion. Does anyone else think that maybe it's time for a new translator?
