Isley Construction LLC. Amazing references. You can call Benson at 206.491.0058 to discuss the project. We are working on our website but we do have a houzz.com website started. We are currently building a green pod home and have a few remodels in the works, but we do have openings later in the fall. If you would like to go with a larger company I recommend A kitchen that works.

Chelsea, we have a very unique and talented community of builders here on Bainbridge! You will not lack for choices and most builders here are committed to making our Island a better place through building well-crafted homes. We have also worked with (and grown up with!) team members at Isley, Clark Construction, LLC, Smallwood, Craftsman and many others who do fantastic work. At the end of the day, if you are building a custom home the most important things is your relationship with your contractor. If you have the time, take a couple of weeks to setup consults with your selection of builders and get to know them a little in a more relaxed setting. This step will be a great indicator for you as to how smoothly the next 6 months or more will go for your project.
