RCW Construction builded our house 12 years ago, they did an amazing job, we have never had any problems with anything. One of the things I loved that I though it was amazing, was that they put the front door a couple of inches out if the center, we didn't notice and he was the one who told us and move it on his cost!! I thought it was awesome!

I bought a mobile home from Duane in at Future Homes in Gorst. He was awful. Very condescending, tried to double charge me, conartist to say the least. They damaged the house when they installed it and never fixed it, even though the contract said they would. He doesn't return calls. I really love my tiny home, but would never ever recommend him.
Chris H. replied:
Had a house built by Hi-line in KP. It's a nice place. Very efficiant with heating and cooling. They don't do a bad job honestly. But since the homeowner is considered the "General Contractor" it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to speak to lots of people who have had their homes built. Speak to the county Planning Office. Site prep, septic/sewer, water hook ups, power, and permits. These are all things that Hi-line doesn't do. Hire the right excavators, electricians, septic installers... It's a process that takes about a year. Plus keep up on all pending projects at all times.

If you can afford Hiline....do it. The home will always appreciate. Any and all mobile homes depreciate. I went with Clayton Homes in Lacey. The home is nice....but, if you want to eventually sell, and make money...stick built homes are always best.

Stay away from manufactured homes, there are too many problems. Dale Lymann is a very reputable builder!!
