Dr Rachel Wylie@Ballina Family Medical Centre. Chloe at Onyx Hair is amazing. My Daughter does swimming lessons at the Ballina pools during summer, Francis 0429814874 is the guy who runs the lessons he will be able to give you all the info

Rhee Taekwondo is a martial art for the whole family. Good for fun, fitness & to learn self defence. Lessons are held at the Ballina Public School, Crane St, Monday & Thursday 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm. The class instructor is Regional Instructor Mark Haselsberger. You can take advantage of the 2 free lessons. Just turn up to class wearing comfortable clothes ie. shorts or long pants as kicks are involved, & with a water bottle.
