Rhee Taekwondo is a martial art for the whole family. Good for fun, fitness & to learn self defence. Lessons are held at the Ballina Public School, Crane St, Monday & Thursday 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm. The class instructor is Regional Instructor Mark Haselsberger. You can take advantage of the 2 free lessons. Just turn up to class wearing comfortable clothes ie. shorts or long pants as kicks are involved, & with a water bottle. I found Pete at Pomstar hair salon in Lismore Star Arcade amazing and as I haven't found anyone who can cut my hair well enough (not even my own hairdressing daughter!) I come over from WA and get him to do it....worth checking out if these other recommendations fall short or down the track you feel like something different. Wishing you well
