The Northern Rivers seafood co-op (West ballina) is great for fish and chips, also fishy fishy in Lennox is really good.

Hmm... as a chef... Chinese would be almost impossible to find gluten free. They always use cheap wheaten cornflour to thicken all sauces.... and a lot are hard to ask due to language barrier. My Mum is Celiac and has eaten at Bunga Raya at Alstonville.... I think they have a few options... but not many. Good luck!
