Thanks everyone. In the process, I've also learned about a very cool website: www.dogvacay.com. This is where Maria Conte Green gets most of her referrals. Great resource if you want to board your dog in someone's home, but can also get credentials, referrals, pics of house, etc

We boarded our Saint Bernard at Pet Lodge and at Milton Manor Pet Spa. I prefer Milton, my Saint seemed happier (and spoiled) there but it's further away. They have large indoor-outdoor suites so my Saint wasn't cramped. We haven't used them in a few years though due to my Saint being very old, but used both over the last 12 years.
