Full disclosure: I used to work at Little Shop (a while ago). I haven't done Windows for a bit so I don't have any of the disks. We recommend Charm City Networks at work, everyone seems to be pretty happy with them.

If it's Apple (and under warranty/AppleCare), the help desk window in Garland basement is actually an Apple-certified repair shop. Even if it's not, they might be able to point you in the right direction.

Carter there's a place on Philadelphia road. Its called A+ Computer. Their prices are reasonable and they do excellent work. If you're traveling eastbound on Philadelphia Road there on your right hand side before you get to hospital Dr and seven squares imaging if you get that far you've gone past it.
