1 hour isn't long enough especially if your GP is running late. Maybe Horsefair surgery should consider negotiating a longer period with the company responsible for policing the car park? 90 minutes could be an option?
Banbury Health Centre don't do walk in appointments but you can phone up and get an appointment as an unregistered patient. Tel - 01295 225533. They are normally open 8 am-8 pm
Does anybody know if any doctors are taking on new patients at the moment? Had some terrible experiences with Westbar recently and need to change.

there is no block anywhere, you can not be prevented from changing, and you need no excuse or justification for your action, nor should you give one.!! patient - "my last drs an arsehole" . Dr - "sorry we have no vacancies at the moment". . think about it? find a surgery, say nothing, just switch http://www.nhs.uk/chq/Pages/1088.aspx?CategoryID=68&SubCategoryID=158
