If you live near sukaphiban 5, you can use SaiMai Pet Hospital and Hotel. They are not that expensive and takes good care of cats and dogs.

i mostly asked our condo maid to take care of my cats when i travel. if she is not available i bring them to my vet around 150 baht/day/cat not including food. You can try khun Po http://th.88 db.com/thailand/Bangkok-Area+Yan-Nawa/Pets/Grooming-Spa/ad-72809/ I used to contact her for my cats also many years ago but needs advance booking. Her palce always full esp. on holidays. I tried to book before in January fo Songkran but full already.
http://www.thedailymeal.com/9-countries-eat-cats-and-dogs/11414 Cant say I have seen or eaten it in Hawaii myself I know its more on the Hawaiian only islands. The Americas had very few domestic animals so dogs were considered a good choice. Lewis and Clark would have starved if it was not for the Mandans giving them some delicious dogs to eat. The Aztecs also enjoyed dog meat. We only get upset about it because we think of them as pets.

Do you think she would get along with other cats? We have 2 cats and want to take a 2 week trip in July. I'd love to watch your kitty, if you would watch our kitties in the future. If that doesn't work for you, I use https://www.facebook.com/JoYuCatHotel . They aren't running around all day, but she takes them out and plays with them and uploads pics and video for you to see.

Can anyone recommend a high quality cat boarding facility where 2 cats can board together with good space and care?

The Vets on Suk Soi 49 offer boarding, care, playtime. Not sure about their ability to put 2 cats in one spot. When my 2 were there for medical treatment, they kept them apart - which makes sense for medical reasons - but not sure about boarding. http://vet-suk49.com/
