I can recommend Sunrise Bansko and Mountain Paradise by the Wulnut tree. Near the Gondola, offer half board and both hotels have spa center. You can contact Svetla Lilova-Manova for further information.

Mpm Sport is good. Always got good price on Trivago etc. Good pool, location and OK food

Zara Bansko, staying there for both family and boys' trip. Great pool/spa, lovely staff, great location. (Full disclosure -- run by a relative.) I do agree though that no matter where you're staying skip the half board and go out for dinner, lots of choice.

Astera is good for kids as it has a large pool, small with a climbing wall, little cave and they have flow zones, a bit like Center Parcs around the main area. Not sure how much per person but you pay for the day and get all facilities.

5 Points is closed i'm afraid as is Kempinski and Premier. Check out Regnum, up from 5 points keeping the river to your left: http://regnum.bg/spa?lang=en They have a good restaurant on site too (Turkish influence)

The Grand Hotel Bansko is really good, they have 8 different types of Saunas/steam rooms, hot tub, 2 large Spa pools, ice pool, and about 20 hot beds to relax on. lots of different massages and treatments. Also you can use their restaurant that is very reasonable too.
