I love EVO seriously the best. The online banking app is great I've taken money out all over the world with no feeS. They are open Wayy later than normal Spanish banks. Highly recommended

I'm with ING. It's similar in that you need to keep your balance above €2000 (or with a salary of at least €600/month) for a normal service. Regarding ATMs Evo have changed it recently that they refund up to €2 per commission if you've withdrawn over €120. ING has unlimited free withdrawals from 4B ATMs (and free from non 4B ATMs on withdrawals over €60, except La Caixa machines), so you don't get charged to begin with . But with that said, I think between the two you should go with what would be more convenient for you. Maybe one has an office closer to where you live?
