Walmart.com, ship to store free. Go pick them up and take them elsewhere to get mounted. They have good prices and a big selection online.

Got my last set from 4 wd.com, best price I found, they usually have good rebates, instant or mail in. Mavis, tirerack, discounttiredirect I have also used in the past

I haven't bought Jeep tires from them, but for my other cars I've had good results at TireBuyer.com. They are the supplier for the Tire Pros affiliate stores, so you can buy the tires from TireBuyer and have them shipped to a Tire Pros store for free, then pay the local store for the installation.
