Are you new to yoga? I can only speak from my experience but I started going to Spanish speaking classes when I didn't know the language very much and it has some great benefits, I do have a consistent practice to use as reference for when I didn't understand the words but I found it quite pleasant to follow! Thanks for the recommendation Abi! We don't have regular classes in English but all our teachers speak English and we have a lot of non-Spanish speaking students who all manage just fine in class.
