Does anyone know of a good Chinese restaurant in Bardstown?
Lisa D. replied:
China Wall by Kroger is the best in town in my opinion

China King in Springfield is totally awesome and the staff is super great It’s up there in the lot where Hardee is on the right as you come into city limits

China Wall
Shelley D. replied:
Chill (China Wall by Kroger) lights always out spelled chill lol so that's what we call it. That's our favorite for take out, but we usually just drive to Mt Washington for buffet.
Lisa Z. replied:
Not too far of a drive but the China cafe in Mt. Washington is great! Little hole in the wall, not impressive outside or decor, but the food is always fresh and the best Chinese that I have ever eaten. Crab Rangoon are top shelf, specialty teas. Rice bowls...oh now I'm hungry!
Cara Z. replied:
You want really good authentic Chinese take the trip to Green Bamboo in Etown!
Brian P. replied:
Hunan is best in Bardstown but if you don’t mind a short drive go to Green Bamboo in Etown

Hunans is usually good but the people are rude. China King in Springfield is worth the 15 minute drive. A buffet which I usually don't like but this one is so good. People there are rude too. LoL
Does anyone remember Brookings (famous for their chili) on Euclid? Across the street also was a small bar/restaurant called Pimento's. Does anyone remember that too.
John P. replied:
Loved Brooking's Chili Cheeseburgers!
Pamela P. replied:
When I was very young, my parents lived around the corner from Brookings. I can remember going with them and getting the chili. Mr. Brookings was a very nice man and always talked to my parents.
ISO 2nd shift Job. I would prefer no fast food or restaurant. Needing 40 hours a week.
Cindy M. replied:
If you will not mind the drive, Stanley Black n Decker in Shelbyville is hiring. You apply through Kelley Services. They are working on some lines 10 hours a day, 6 days a week.
Ok, I need a gluten-free beer to offer at work. For the record: gluten free is a misery to restaurants. But I digress....has anyone had any ones that are decent and...
