Hi! I have had great luck with www.homeadvisor.com. It's like an Angie's list, but it's free, and all contractors are screened (saw this on HDTV). Someone calls right away, they are local, and you can get estimates on the phone. GREAT EXPERIENCES HERE! Good luck.
