Tax Assist are a Franchise and rarely offer tax planning/tax saving, just prepare information cheap and cheerful. I work for Jeff Lermer & associates - Website - http://www.lermer.co.uk./ My boss recently spoke at the accountants budget breakfast so knows his stuff. He is very hot on tax planning/saving. My advice would be who ever you choose a) Cheapest is not always the best option b) Preferably choose a firm that are a member of a regulatory body I.e. Chartered Accountants (ICAEW) or Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA/FCCA). x
