There's someone in bideford called Phil Corbin who's really good, he's sorted my back out before, my lower back was so bad it was slowing up ny running times, he charges 45 for the first one and 30 for any other after that,dunno if that's expensive or not but can guarantee he's good:)

South St Chiropractic in south molton is a very gentle way Denzil....nice thing is if they're not helping after 2/3 goes they send you back to GP xxx
