You get what you pay for with tattoos. Any reputable artist will be around £60-70 an hour if not more! Don't go for cheap, it's going to be on your body forever! Spend a bit of money on it! I can recommend the guys at Black Dagger on the strand. But they're not "cheap", no half decent artist will be!
