Evening fellow dog lovers - any recommendations for dog boarding? I'm looking for someone who looks after dogs in their own home. Cardiff or close surrounding areas...
Angela G. replied:
Thanks guys. Action pets appear to only do day care. PB Dog Care looks after your dog in your home not theirs. But thanks anyway guys. I'll contact the other suggestions. Cheers.
Sean M. replied:
No, PB Dog Care looks after dogs in their house (PB HQ).

Angela Groves, I run PB Dog Care along with my business partner! We call doggie boarding Doggie Sleepover to make the service stand out. This is where the pet comes from the home to ours. It stays with us for the entire in the house like one of our own . We are fully insured, licensed and DBS checked. There are NO outside buildings that the dogs could go it. If allowed by owners, we share the sofa and beds with the dog. As I said we treat them like our own. 1 of the family.

I can recommend Phil Barker from Gone Walkin in Trowbridge: http://www.gonewalkin.co.uk/Contact_us.html

Have a look at my Facebook page. Just search Fur Indoors Ltd

I unfortunately don't have space for home boarding with my big furbabies, but I'd definitely recommend Sean Mayor at PB Dog Care. You can see from the photos the dogs are very content and comfortable, just as they would be in their own homes smile emoticon
does anyone know of a local dog sitting service?? not kennels though, as its for a whole month and i don't think they'd cope that long outdoors in winter.

I've been hearing good things about these people. I'm thinking about leaving my dogs in their care in December when I go to Bristol for my nieces wedding. https://www.facebook.com/pbdogcare/info

Sian Louise David, highly recommend, lives in St Athan. Lots of local people use her regularly.
Can anyone recommend a good local cattery? We've gotta leave missy posh paws for the week and we've never used a cattery before...I have no idea where to start!
