Agree that Planters Palette and Heinz are fabulous. People are really helpful and informative if you want advice or recommendations. I also use the area FB garage sale sites if I need inexpensive, native, hardy plants (e.g. hostas, black eyed susans).

meijers has good prices on their flowers and always had good luck with them. Also go to the place they set up in parking lot on Rt. 64 east of the river. it is called Blue Freedom or something with Blue in it. I do find the Greenhouses are much more expensive. But sometimes you get what you pay for. Caputos does not have a bad selection or prices either. Good for Basil and veggies.
Anyone have any tattoo recommendations for an artist that can do flowers and what not?
