Mix it up. Try things to see what you like. Use apps like myFitnessPal to log exercise and food consumption. Join different groups like Tristi recommended. There is an awesome cardio kickboxing group at Wituk in Batavia, they also have affordable personal training. I love anytime fitness, because they have video classes anytime (private & your choice of class), and you can use any location. There is a Groupon for Naperville Weight Loss clinic, which might help jump start your journey. Try yoga, dance, pole, hula, and find what you like.

Teacher Kathy classes through the Batavia Park District. If you look in the Batavia park district brochure or website, I think it's under Preschool Gymnastics or maybe just Preschool and the instructor is Kathy Freedlund. Both of my kids loved her classes and they started before they turned 2!

You should look into Immanual Lutheran school in Batavia. They have a 45 minute parent-toddler class usually every Wednesday. It's free, and run by a wonderful preschool teacher. They do songs, craft, then play in a gym with all sorts of age related equipment. It's the first place I took my twins when they were little. Ended up going to their preschool when they turned 3. Great place. Probably starting up again later this month. Can call their school to ask. It's just a drop in so it's ok to miss if you do.
